happy bday mum! yeah i kinda ditched my mums bday dinner to go to the work xmas party… haha me and my brother werent looking forward to going but my mum told us it would be good to mingle and ‘network’ and i conned noods into coming but realli if we didnt go we cldve saved $50 on petrol, $2.20 on toll and $10 parking which wldve been better spent on presents for me lol. but it was ok i guess i made some new work ‘connections’ with 2 ladies whom ive alrdy forgotton their names but have promised to email me with their contacts at work so i was like wooo score. the finger food was pretty good but the salt and pepper calamari kept coming around a few too many times. ditto with the tempura prawns. and noods loved the kangaroo and the lamb cutlets were yummy just a tad messy and i felt like a carnivore eating it without a knife and fork but the bread and pate was soooo good! i thought it was a dark cheese at first but mmm creamy pate… click here for more fotos
