i love the easter show!!! the food, the atmosphere, the food, the games, the food, the animals, the food, the rides, the food, the showbags, the food… the CHEESE ON A STICK!
imagine a block of cheese DEEP FRIED! the batter has the same chewey crunchy texture as those football shaped ham soi gok at yumcha and then biting into the middle is a RIVER of cheesey goodness… i havent been able to find it anywhere else except the easter show and the dagwood dogs just cant compete so i uh ate 3… i also ate corn on the cob with a crapload of salt and pepper.

noods likes eating weird things so he got the crocodile sausage sandwich which tasted okayish but it was so spicy! we went for a wander thru the woolworths fresh food dome on the lookout for freebies and scored bottles of milk heh mmm dairy goodness and also nudie fruit juice shots, chocolate, fruit, nesquick milk and yoghurt before finding the decosti seafood section and ordered a dozen oysters which were fresh, ice cold and full of salt water goodness. we also grabbed a bucket of fairy floss heh yep a whole bucket with 3 diff colous!
we left the food area and went to have a gander at the cake decorating section

and golly gosh some people are realli talented! my favourite was the yum cha table by annie lo

man i havent had a toffee apple in agesss the last time i had one i dropped it within 10 seconds of licking it… and mmm fudge look its mango fudge! and our showbags! 2 wicked mega warheads, 1 mega warheads, 1 mini warheads and 1 trolli showbag yeh we love our sour lollies
after failing miserably at the games we left to go home and just as we stopped at the amber light at the corner of the hills hospital and this happened:
Back to home
my carrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! damn bastard behind me!
— noods Apr 14, 05:02 PM #but hope you had fun at the easter show loveeeeee!
waaah. the cake dec section. im missing that. man, u really do have bad luck with cars.
— amie Apr 14, 11:50 PM #whoa… go the cheesey goodness! I have to say I’ve never tried one of these, but you make it sound so good. Ham soi gok-like? omg… why don’t they tell you that?
sorry to hear about the fender bender =(
— helen Apr 16, 01:21 AM #Yeah the new and “improved” intersection is a real arse for anyone that hasn’t seen it recently, bad luck with the prang Noods.
— JJ Apr 16, 05:59 PM #noods: much fun!
— chocolatesuze Apr 17, 01:44 PM #amie: hehe yeah maybe its me
helen: haha anything with cheese and im so eating it!
jj: dude that manhole/sewage bump is sooo gay
I love how they just paint over old lines with like black paint or something so at night or when its wet both sets of lines can sorta show up. Its like choose your own adventure driving with a really crappy bad ending.
— JJ Apr 18, 04:05 AM #OMG suze I ate and saw the exact same thing you did at the show, except for the crocadile, oysters. I think Al spent like $40 on games, then he had to take me to bathroom cos food + rides that go round and round = %$#@
