i chose the prix fix menu 3 courses for $39 and started with the smoked tasmanian salmon with avocado, straw mushrooms and celery apple dressing
mmm sweet but tart and smokey all at the same time…
mains was beef fillet with kipfler potatoes, mushrooms, baby carrots and asparagus
my medium rare was a little too rare for my liking towards the middle but it was beautifully soft and juicy
noods had the seafood casserole of green king prawns, morteon bay bug tail, tasmanian scallops, mussels and fish fillet ($39)

which was tasty but not very filling
and dessert was sticky date pudding with vanilla bean ice cream and butterscotch sauce
speeches and presentations were exellent amie and nat you guys are the bestest! i love trivia games! and the awards were funnyas! good luck to everyone in the future! i love you guys!
