yep you heard it here first dudes: pancakes on the rocks in northmead is officially open! address is Corner of Briens Road and Redbank Road, Northmead (its right next to maccas and kfc and nearish westmead hospital and coca cola) so come one come all!
last nite was a test run for us where the lovely bosses allowed us to invite our friends and family for FREE dinner and boy did my parentals enjoy ordering everything on the menu lol for starters i got chicken caesar salad
mmm i dont normally eat salads of any kind but i love the pancakes salads becos they dont skimp on any ingredients like the fantabulous parmesian cheese and croutons!
(and i forgot to take a foto of the calamari my dad ordered)
for my mains my mum and i ordered the pork ribs
the wedges were PERFECT! crispy on the outside and potatoey soft on the inside
my bro ordered the fishermans catch
he loved the chips altho not so much the fish (but what does he expect if he doesnt like seafood?)
noods ordered the ribeye steak
for some reason they forgot his wedges lol but it came in a side dish
for dessert i ordered the strawberry patch
and the parental the hot and troppo
i think we would have managed to rack up a pretty hefty bill since we stuffed ourselves and the place was packed and there was 3 sessions that nite and it was seriously very generous of the boss dudes so thanks boss dudes!
Back to home
mmm that looks awesome!
