The 32nd International Catering Trade Fair is the only major exhibition dedicated to the foodservice and hospitality industries in Australia. Armed with my trusty backpack and camera i set off with my mum in search of free samples. And samples we got! Unfortunately most samples had to be consumed immediately and not taken home. I took a coupla snaps of the first round of free yummies but after a while all i wanted to do was eat and not worry about ppl thinking i was nuts so fotos of multiple tastings of cheese and cake consumption are not included heh.

The dude in the last foto was my favourite. He was so jolly as he was cutting sausages in half exclaiming i have so many kids to feed today! oh and we had to wear name tags to show which industry we were in and it had our names and as we walked past this stand with not much advertising the old dude said to my mum ‘hello Irene come talk to me!’ lol he mustve been very bored. Otherwise an interesting day with many ppl asking which restaurant are you from and me going PANCAKES! haha
nelson, anshul and ankur i tried to find you a commercial vegetable slicer and the dude said he’ll email back with info
Back to home
Nice work! Looks like you had a ball. And I like jolly. Jolly people are the best!
