just looking at a row of prettily decorated cakes is almost as good as eating them. ALMOST. 85C is located at 545-551 George St (opposite galaxy world and maccas) and right in the middle of a lot of construction work. hee gone are the days of staring at the display at cupcakes on pitt!

The Cake and Beverage Store has an impressive display of cakes on show:

mmm look at all the yummy babies…

black forest. such a beauty dont you think? too bad cream tasted a little artificial for my liking but i liked the moist chocolate cake and the whole cherries scatterd in between layers

tiramisu. fluffy and light like most asian style cakes

noods: ‘i want this one.’ me: ‘is it because its PINK?’
noods magically chose the hokkaido cheesecake becos of the pretty packaging… the cheesecake was interesting not too dense and with pastry bits hidden inside. note: noods ate the brown CARDBOARD square that said 85c thinking it was chocolate

the sexy packaging wow the boxes must cost a bundle
Back to home
Nice packaging, but I think I’ll stick to cupcakes on Pitt. Pity about the artificial cream. And that little brown square SHOULD be chocolate! That would’ve been a nice touch :)
