business partners

4 February 2007, 18:01

so this past week me and the mothership have been visiting kathy, the owner of the business we’re buying.

yeah i look like a hobo… this was at 7am at the st ives markets. anyways we’ve been in ‘training’ learning the recipes, baking a coupla batches of biscotti and shortbreads, figuring out how to use the heat sealer and the industrial sized slicer. kathy works from home and we’ll prolly do the same until we find a warehouse place to rent most likely in hills area. and when we come back from malaysia we’ll be pretty much working with her until we know what we’re doing. we’re keeping her company name ‘katherines fine foods’ until we get to know our suppliers and wholesalers and then changing it. any suggestions? i REAAAALLLY want to call it son of a biscuit…

  1. AHAHAH!! thats a good one…Im not a very creative person so would’nt be much use.
