Arthur’s Restaurant (The Village Centre 29-31 Windsor Rd Kellyville) is one of very few fine dining restaurants in the hills area and while prices do tend to be on the more expensive side, the service is fantastic and the decor modern and intimate. and for the coeliacs the menu has a GF written next to a dish if it is gluten free.

Bangalow Pork Belly topped with Apple Balsamic. Accompanied by Rocket, Walnut, Pear, and Parmesan Salad ($17.50). i have never had pork that wasnt in the chinese bbq pork style and this was one fantastic melt in the mouth porky so tender and juicy. i wished i couldve ordered a mains sized version of this for entree… oh crap did i mention the pork crackle??? dude the pork crackle! the best kind of fat has to be pork fat mmm tasty stuff

Confit of Duck with Red Cabbage, Bacon, and Hazelnuts. Served with Potato Mash and Duck Jus ($34.50). ive never had confit of duck before but its tops stuff the ducky meat just fell off the bone with just a little prod with my fork [prods]. i wasnt quite a fan of the cabbage tho but the mash was great i looove mash
