thanks to hours spent trawling thru bowbs archives ive been craving mushrooms on toast.

but alas i have no bread in the house i despaired but ooh look i have cream and like magic, fluffy scrambled eggs were born. squished in a bowl sharing space with the garlic butter sauteed mushrooms made for a tasty afternoon snack to go along with the pale pink sydney morning herald newspaper where ten cents from every copy sold will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation
