so how was everyones xmas and new year? i managed to get a whole 4 days off of no baking lol the longest since we started the buisness but that was expected. so my xmas haul from noods and family:

mmm teevee goodness ohboyohboy gilmore girls marathon anybody? hehe and did you see the mini monopoly set? take a closer look:

noods made me a FOODOPOLY set! the community chest was community buffet and the chance cards were dial a restaurant with gems like: ‘dine at home and save money”, “you abused a waiter. go stand in line. do not pass eat. do not collect $200” and “you befriend the owners. receive $20 discount”. haha and instead of streets theres restaurants lol best present EVER! <3

and the one chocolate i have to buy every xmas, cadbury magical elves! chocolate with popping candy in them oh how i love popping candy! usually the only forms i can find popping candy is in those little sachets with a lollipop to dip into…
and then there has been many headaches on locating new premises there have been dodgy shops with rotting floorboards, no parking, super high rent, but finally finally we’ve found a factory in granville:

not sure if you can judge how big that space is so heres me sitting in a 1m square:

yeah its bigger than what we need but hey at least we’ve got the room to expand and all yeah? up the stairs leads to a office which is where i plan on putting a teevee… the place needs some painting and some walls and maybe a coolroom and gosh im gonna be broke all year just to keep up with rent haha
which leads us to new years eve morning where i woke up with food poisoning! hoho feeling oh so nauseous complete with cold sweats, shivering and best of all muscle cramps, unable to walk without clutching my stomach, unable to lie down without the feeling of the world spinning… and then by about 1pm i was really hungry and i thought i was feeling ok and the parentals had bought nandos and i loooove nandos so i ate my way thru a quarter chicken and a cup of cranberry juice and 10mins later upchuck it all went [sigh] wasted. i would like to say it wasnt the nandos that made me sick cos i was feeling sick before i ate it and oh boy i can now add nandos extra hot chilli chicken to my list of foods that is quite horrible to throw up [the burrrrrrning] but not to worry cos after my little bout of horridness i managed to pull myself together and have an awesome dinner with noods at iso lounge which shall come in another post just as soon as i can stop watching gilmore girls…
Back to home
Hello! Wow, foodopoly looks awesome!!! And that’s very exciting that you’ve found new premises! Where abouts is it in Granville? I’m sometimes there – my cousin lives near the station. Hope you’ve recovered from food poisoning! See you next week.
