happy chinese new year dudes! and happy australia day for all those down under wink this is the first yee sang from istana and it’s so refreshing and moreish i could probably eat a whole plate… the yee sang (or yusheng) is usually eaten on the 7th day of chinese new year but we like to get a head start and eat as many as we can =P the yee sang is a mix of shredded vegetables, seasame seeds, crackers, and of course strips of fresh salmon and as tradition you are to toss/mix the ingredients all together and the higher you toss the $$$ and fortune you get this year!
Back to home
