blue risotto

yup i realise my risotto dont look so great. in theory i had wanted to turn the risotto into super dark blue but after the first 3 drops of the blue food colouring i got a lil turned off and wimped out hehe it was for the boy who was counting down the days until state of origin. like my asparagus goal posts? pity the blues lost bah!

yep last shot of the blueness. dont worry i wont be doing this again any time soon haha it was especially disconcerting eating blue chicken…

it’s a prediction, bad blue risotto=blues losing. make sure you do it again next time so the maroons win :D

Hehehe did it still taste good though? I’m also curious what you use the blue for at work. The asparagus goal posts are so cute! I would be tempted to finger kick a blue chicken chunk through the goal posts :D

Can you imagine the look on George and Gary’s face if you put this dish down in fronf of them? And Matt’s facial expression when he tastes it and tries to compute his eyes with his tastebuds! lol. I’m guessing the food colouring is for cupcake icing?
