lol lol lol seriously is the dumbest allergy warning you’ve seen? the eggs from testco in ireland comes with a warning: “Allergy Advice: Contains egg.”

  1. This just goes to so the shear paranoia caused by a litigeous society. Who in their right mind could sue someone in court for a runaway egg allergy because there wasn’t a warning that a carton of eggs contained, well, eggs.

I would now be more concerned about getting a carton of eggs from that store that didn’t have the warning, as then I wouldn’t know if it contained eggs or not!

  2. Hehe. At least it didn’t say “contains nuts” :)

  3. I would love see a lawyer trying to argue in court about an egg carton which didn’t have this warning on it. HAHA hilarity!

  8. I think it’s an EU requirement. If you buy a packet of peanuts in the UK, it has the disclaimer: “may contain nuts”. Well, I should hope so!
