11.59pm yesterday being so hot and all me n noods decided to go to tokio fans in norwest for some japanese food. i ordered the salmon terriyaki set and noods ordered salmon omakase. we decided on a salmon skin sushi cone for entree and not the roll becos it was double the price but they made a mistake and gave us the roll instead but for same price yay sweeeet my set came with miso soup, a salad of cucumber, avocado and prawn, my main came with tempura, rice, and the salmon terriyaki and a dessert of black sesame icecream. noods' salmon omakase was so preety! and the plate so sparkly! altho not very filling lol

5.43pm stick your hand up if youre gonna be at uni 2moro around 1.15! i bring cakes! profiteroles (which are kinda stuck to each other becos of the toffee syrup), white chocolate tiramisu, bread and butter pudding and i forget what the strawberry one is...

11.59pm i was so excited coming in to work becos fred the french chef had told me hed hired some ppl and becos we're a bit short staffed i was like hey thatll be good cos we could do with an extra person and hopefully theyll be able to speak english a bit better. the thing is FIVE ppl rocked up and we didnt know what to do with them cos monday is our slow day and and and the whole entire morning they spoke in VIETNAMESE and i was thinking aww crap noone to talk to but then after lunch all of a sudden i was thinking hey i can understand bits of what theyre saying how odd i swear they were just talking about how hungry they were still and THEN they ask me if i speak cantonese... im sooo confused now... but at least their english is way better than the others...

6.56pm i procrastinate too much. take advantage of my luck too much. assume im going to be okay too much. 2moro i begin fulltime work as a food technician even tho my degree is nutrition and food. im scared. but i want the money to buy pretty pretty shoes. and i have decided that if work begins to feel like im stuck-in-a-rut then i WILL sign up for jewellery making classes. and possibly pottery. and most likely going to start my test cupcake creations as soon as house is completed and can move in. altho i realli want to buy a fire-engine red kitchen aid so i dont have to mix the dough... did you know it costs $11,000 to do a driveway? and did you know the council wont let you move into house until the driveway is completed even tho everything is done at the house??? my room is preetty. more specifically the amount of space in walk in wardrobe is PREETTY. and dudes NINE more weeks to xmas!!!

11.01am hee late night shopping at parra! the option of me going to hip hop or me going and buying shoes glorious shoes won out in favour of shoes heh so 1st pair were from westco ($40 sweet!), 2nd pair was when noods got a pair of vans at pauls warehouse and i got the pumas for free lol (rrp $80) and the 3 pair ($20 oh bargain!) was from today when i went back to westco cos decided i wear these to uni ball instead of (real) ballet shoes and look at my earrings!!! hahaha they look like zippers!

11.59pm just woke up from a nap and i had the craziest dream that i was running late for the nutrition n community health exam and i ran into class 1hr into the exam sat down and realised i didnt know anything becos there were weird questions in it that didnt relate to unit but i attemped questions and then just as i was leaving i find out im leaving a english lit exam and my other exam had just finished and woah it felt so real and i woke up so confused becos id just done the nut n comm health exam this morning...

11.59pm ah muffins thats right we do muffins and not just cakes mmm these muffins are good they dun taste like its commercially baked top muffin is strawberry, on da right is blueberry, on da bottom is cranberry and on da left is apple. i like blueberry the best cos realli how can you go wrong on a blueberry muffin? especially when the person putting the blueberries in the mixture sneaks in EXTRA blueberries for extra blueberry goodness!

11.59pm ahhh so preetty... lol got this stash from work yesterday and decided to bring in to uni peeps heh amie and nat got so excited it was stacks funny lol so the tart is chocolate creme brulee, the red ball thing is summer berry pudding and that lonely small ball thing is a chocolate covered custard profiterole with white chocolate shavings.

11.59pm first thing we make in the morning at work are mini pavlovas which is pretty much a small disk of meringue, a swirl of fresh cream in the middle, a slice of strawberry and kiwi fruit, a dollop of passionfruit compote and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings... now the 1st foto is MY pavlova and the 2nd is something that is familiar to the ppl who ate the desserts at janices 21st at the corn exchange restaurant at four points by sheraton in darling harbour...

10.26pm Yoshii, the two hat Japanese restaurant in the heart of Sydney (115 Harrington street, Sydney) was noods' choice for our 4years anniversary dinner and while the prices were a little higher than our normal meals we absolutely loved it! click here for fotos n post
