I’m baaack! Ready for an onslaught of photos from Singapore? Thanks to this post i won a free trip & accommodation to Singapore from the awesome Nuffnang and got to bring Helen along for the ride.


i look forward to meal times on the plane… i dunno why but i get a kick out of eating meals on trays with compartments… Our mid morning snack: braised egg noodles with seafood, Chinese greens and mushroom. Strawberry yogurt, fruit, cinnamon cupcake, and bread! i loved the bread! It was studded with sultanas and so so soft!


Lunch: spiral pasta with basil pesto and tuna salad, roasted chicken served with mustard sauce, assorted vegetables and lyonnaise potato and a lemon layered cake. I was sad there wasn’t any icecream. i like airplane icecream!


After touching down in Singapore we checked into the Link Hotel on Tiong Bahru Rd


And since we had a few hours to kill before the Nuffnang Awards we went for a wander to the local kopitiam where i drink my first Sarsi of the trip mmm it’s been a while since drinking my fav beverage and i averaged about 2 cans a day on this trip..
