Chocolatesuze Cupcake Lovin Aussie Food Blogger living in Sydney, Australia

adriano zumbo, balmain - 2 June 2008, 22:45

adriano zumbo (296 Darling Street, Balmain). the mere mention of this patisserie brings forth squeals of joy for what is happiness but a colourful macaron or a beautifully presented cake? sure theres the savoury section of which ive no doubt are excellent but it is the promise of rows upon rows of cakes with such attention to detail that legions of bloggers have fanatically been spreading the joy. the mothership decided i needed cake for my bday and how can i argue with free cake =D

adriano zumbo - marry me ed
marry me ed ($7.50). walnut parfait, apple raisin compote, coffee brulee, coffee walnut biscuit madeline. so many components to create such a beauty! i wasnt sure whether id like fruit+coffee but the combination worked well with the chocolate and i loved the crispy coffee brulee shards scattered on top!

adriano zumbo - cloud 9.5
cloud 9.5 ($5.50). lime and passionfruit creme, whole raspberries & italian meringue in a pate sucree shell. this gorgeous tart is higher than cloud 9 (heh geddit!) with its soft wispy peaks hiding a slightly sour layer of lime and passionfruit creme. i was pleasantly surprised that the tart as a whole wasnt too sweet meaning i could keep eating without my teeth crying!

adriano zumbo - bounty hunter
bounty hunter ($6). milk chocolate & coconut ganache, coconut moisture. like the chocolate bar bounty, the bounty hunter is a crisp tart encasing milk chocolate ganache and moist coconut topped with a whimsically shaped pringle-like slice of baked coconut covered in dark chocolate

Guess it’s better to hv unique stuff here than to waste calories on ordinary stuff.

If your dishwasher is acting up and you don't want to drop all that money for a new one, try repairing it yourself. It's usually something fairly simple and easy to fix. You can usually find whirlpool, Maytag, and even GE dishwasher parts online for a fair price.

you are more than welcome adding my link to your blog but i dont do link exchanges so dont ask. oh and nothing personal if your blog link mysteriously disappears off the list theres just too many blogs and so little space
